Premier Division
Charlbury Town
Not only do they currently sit pretty atop the Premier Division but they've put together a good winning streak after their early defeat. A mean defence has helped. Still in both cups and beat Carterton 4-2 in the league.
If Martin Grimsley and Mark Dorey continue to find the back of the net then Charlbury should still be in the top two come the end of next month.
Charlbury Town 2 - 1 Spartan Rangers (Premier League)
Real Islip 3 - 8 Charlbury Town (Junior Shield)
Charlbury Town 4 - 2 Carterton (Fred Ford Cup)
Division One
Cassington
Three out of three wins in the league has moved Cassington to second in the league, applying pressure on Bampton. An honourable defeat against Freeland was the only blot on an otherwise excellent month.
Dave Cooper has found his feet at his new club and has been backed by a strong goalscoring midfield.
West Witney Res 1 - 7 Cassington (Division One)
Cassington 5 - 0 West Witney Res (Division One)
Cassington 3 - 1 North Leigh B (Division One)
Freeland 6 - 1 Cassington (Fred Ford Cup)
Division Two
Combe
Free scoring up front and tight at the back would describe Combe this month. Able to create goals from all over the pitch. Whilst top scorer Sadler has had a quiet month, ex-freelanders Langford and Belcher have stepped up and have been putting them away.
Two good league wins and a fine 5-0 win over Drayton in the cup has more than made up for their poor start to the season.
Combe 5 - 0 Drayton Village (Junior Shield)
Wootton Sports 0 - 4 Combe (Division Two)
Combe 5 - 2 Kingham AB (Division Two)
Division Three
Aston Reserves
The partnership of Madden and Herbert up front for Aston is as good as any in the division. Three wins from three league games has taken them top and despite having played more, they currently have points in the bag and are the divisions top scorers.
Still to play the other promotion contenders, but have built up a lot of momentum going into December.
Aston Res 4 - 1 FC Mills Res (Division Three)
Aston Res 5 - 2 Spartan Rangers A (Division Three)
Kingham AB Res 1 - 4 Aston Res (Division Three)
